WI 15th Inf Co K. Residence: Manchester Township, Freeborn County, Minnesota. Civil War: Age 33. Unmarried. Enlisted for three years on 18 Dec 1861 in Freeborn County and mustered at Madison, Wisconsin, 1 Feb 1862. Designated Corporal on 1 Feb 1862. Sick in Bardstown, Kentucky, in October 1862.
