WI 15th Inf Co D. Residence: Port Washington, Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. Civil War: Age 20. Unmarried. Enlisted for three years on 25 Feb 1862 at Madison, Wisconsin, and mustered there on 1 Mar 1862. Private. Left sick at Mississippi River Island No. 10, on 11 Jun 1862. Disappeared 30 Mar 1863 and was classified a deserter. He was reported to have died.
