Enlisted for three years on 6 Aug 1862 at Raymond. Mustered 1 Sep 1862 at Camp Utley, Racine, Wisconsin. Private. Wounded at Peach Tree Creek, Georgia, during the assault on Atlanta. Said to have been confined in a southern prison during the war. Mustered out 12 Jun 1865 at Washington DC.
