WI Drafted men, unassigned. Civil War: Age 28. Drafted for one year and mustered 20 Sep 1864 at Janesville, Wisconsin. Private. Was notified and failed to report, but was arrested on 17 Jul 1865. Had been listed as a deserter, but was restored to duty without trial with loss of all pay and allowances during the time he was absent.
