WI 15th Inf Co K. Residence not shown. Born “Johan P. Strømer” in Sweden. Civil War: Age 45. Commissioned Second Lieutenant 28 Nov 1862 and mustered at Chicago, Illinois, 4 Dec 1862. Resigned 4 May 1863 and resignation accepted by General Rosecrans the same day.
