WARNER, Clemet E.
Residence: Windsor, Dane County, Wisconsin. Civil War: Captain. Correspondent. Lost his left arm and was taken prisoner during the Civil War: Returned to Windsor after the war and became a member of the State Legislature. Granted a pension of $30 a month because of the loss of his right arm.
