Duane K. and Eileen M. Bruening Visitor Center
Vesterheim is pleased to announce that the new Bruening Visitor Center is now open! Thanks to a generous donation from Duane and Eileen Bruening, the visitor center is the newest addition to the Vesterheim complex. Located in the Westby-Torgerson Education Center at 502 W. Water Street, the Bruening Visitor Center is a great place to start your visit. At the visitor center, you can:
- purchase admission.
- get brochures, maps, and all sorts of information about the museum.

The Bruening Visitor Center also features murals and painting by Sigmund Aarseth and his longtime collaborator Sallie Haugen DeReus. This beautiful room is not to be missed, so please stop by during your visit!
The Bruening Visitor Center keeps the same hours as the Main Building. Please go here to see those hours.
