ELF (Experiential Learning is Fun) Program

Hey Kids! Check back for a schedule of ELF programs for 2010-11!

Kids, grades 3-6, are invited to participate in Vesterheim’s new ELF (Experiential Learning is Fun) Program.

Become a museum curator for an afternoon, celebrate Norwegian Christmas, or get creative with traditional Norwegian folk arts.

The ELF Program meets afternoons at Vesterheim Museum when local schools have early dismissal. Gathering time is at 1:15 and the program starts at 1:30. The cost for each session is $20 and includes museum admission, instruction, materials, a snack, and extended pick-up time at the end of the day. Scholarships are available.

ELF is partially funded by the Winneshiek County Community Foundation.
