Dr Angharad Thomas is a designer, maker, and researcher, living in Yorkshire, UK. Angharad has spent much of the last ten years researching, designing, and knitting gloves in tandem with her voluntary role as Textile Archivist for the collection of the Knitting & Crochet Guild. Her gloves have been exhibited in the UK and her designs and articles published in both the UK and the United States. Angharad also gives talks and workshops on glove knitting, both in real life and online. Her 2023 book, A Knitter’s Guide to Gloves is published by the Crowood Press.
