Growing up in the North Woods with parents who were timber framers and log home builders, Cody has always led a hands-on lifestyle. While traveling abroad for years, he took a great interest in the way that people lived long ago and how those traditions still survive in the world today. Cody has taught blacksmithing and bladesmithing for 13 years. He has primarily focused on Damascus steel bladesmithing and axe making. Bringing hammer to hand and steel to anvil, and turning billet to knife he is grateful to share in teaching the art he loves.
