The 12 historic buildings in Vesterheim’s Open Air Division can be viewed by guided tour from May 1 through Oct. 31. The tours are scheduled at 1:30 p.m. daily and are included with admission price. These guided tours offer a unique look into the history of each building and the people who used them.

The buildings are closed at all other times, but visitors can walk the grounds, view the exterior of the buildings, and learn the story of each building through interpretive signs.
