Nordic Roots as Inspiration: How Scandinavian Heritage Has Inspired Our World of Wool by Textile Designer Laurie Jacobi
Laurie Jacobi and Mary Jane Miller have been creating original designs in wool for over 20 years. Laurie’s designs are inspired by Scandinavian legends of nature, which are woven into high quality wool blankets by the Pendleton Woolen Mills. Mary Jane transforms the fabrics into coats, jackets, vests, and accessories. Together they have clothed hundreds of discerning people around the world.

Charred Roma Tomato Soup, Slow Roasted Pork Loin with Honey Mustard Sauce, Dauphinoise Potatoes, Green Beans Amandine, Dessert, Dinner Rolls, and Coffee.
Vegetarian option is Eggplant Parmesan.
