Bokprat: Wendy Swallow’s Searching for Nora: After the Doll’s House

In this recording of an online bokprat (book club), Dr. Maren Johnson leads a discussion of Wendy Swallow’s Searching for Nora: After the Doll’s House. This inventive work of historical fiction asks the question, “What happened to Nora Helmer?”, the main character from Ibsen’s A Doll’s House.

Vesterheim’s free bokprat sessions are generally held once a month and are led by Dr. Maren Johnson from Luther College. Registrants read the book ahead of time and join in the online Zoom discussion. You can register for upcoming bokprat and TVprat sessions that are listed here.
