Heidi Eger has been sharing her family’s food traditions through classes since 2018. She loves helping people build or restart their own food traditions. When not making lefse, Heidi raises 100% grass-fed lamb and mutton on her farm, Radicle Heart Farm, in southeast Minnesota.
