Lynn and David Susag have had an interest in all things Norwegian since childhood. Lynn grew up in Spring Grove, Minnesota, the first Norwegian settlement in the state. David watched a Viking ship being built in the Hawley Minnesota shipyard while growing up. Lynn and David have taken multiple classes at Vesterheim and other folk schools focusing on all things Scandinavian. They also demonstrate at multiple events in the Midwest. They currently live in Lanesboro, Minnesota.
