Children’s book author Donna Marie Seim is coming to Vesterheim Museum Store to sign her book Troll Forest: A Norwegian Tale!

This adventure into an enchanting, magical troll forest set in Norway is beautifully illustrated by Susan Spellman. The main character is a fourteen-year-old boy who works as a hired farm hand in the next village to earn money to help his mother save their farm. On his way home, he finds himself alone in the forest just before dark and has no choice but to spend the night in the forest. And that is where the troll adventure begins!

An award-winning author, Seim is visiting Decorah from Newbury, Massachusetts, where she has written ten books for youth. She is a graduate from The Ohio State University and holds a MA in Special Education from Lesley University.
